What is a “Smart Phone”? Your answer might me.. it should be smart enough to help you carry out your daily computing tasks, it should get your emails on the move, it should give you the power to surf net PC like and much more while still being a phone. But have you ever thought what makes these phones really smart? It’s the processor powering it and the RAM!
In the market where dual core processors are spreading the heat, we need some benchmarks to help us which is actually the fastest phone. So we picked a few phones which claim to be best in speed and performance and put them up for a few tests to help you find the best phone out there.
We tested a lot of phones, but the major once are – Galaxy Nexus, iPhone 4s, Samsung Galaxy S II, Motorola Droid RAZR, iPhone 4 and a lot more.
In spite of record-breaking number of iPhone 4s being sold, and it’s critically acclaimed voice assistant SIRI, Upon testing we found that in most of the benchmarking test, Galaxy Nexus scored more than iPhone 4s. Well though Galaxy Nexus Prime carries a faster processor and RAM but it’s nothing astronomical, instead the bullet that helps Nexus Prime to be ahead in this fight is the Android Ice Cream Sandwich!!
Though Galaxy Nexus got hold on most of the places, but it couldn’t snatch all of them. Where Galaxy Nexus had the best browsing experience, the Apple iPhone 4s had better GPU performance. Today when browsing internet, interactive emailing on the go and other such things are important, we can not disregard the fact that handheld devices are becoming more popular for gaming. This surely does starts a never-ending debate, but depending upon your needs you can choose either of them.
If you find both of them interesting, but are totally out of your budget, then you might prefer going for Motorola Droid RAZR which sports Android 2.3.5 or Samsung Galaxy SII sporting 2.3.3. And if you are an Apple fan like me and would still prefer Apple iOS over Android, you might want to go with iPhone 4 which is still in fashion and winning the hearts of most
